Great quality cacao and chocolate. The brand helped me see the important variables in cacao and chocolate, similar to recognising the importance of freshly ground pepper vs pre-ground pepper or even something like freshly ground coffee vs pre-ground coffee.
Great taste along with high quality sugar there too. The fact it’s made in Ecuador also I think benefits things.

Paccari raw 85% is my favourite chocolate. A couple of pieces, melted in my mouth, satisfy chocolate cravings and leave a delicious flavour.
Fabulous chocolate for a seasoned chocoholic palate, but probably not for the fainthearted. I loved it! However a tadd pricey for an everyday staple. But a must for special occasions!
