Biodynamic Keto Raw Cacao nibs are the best of all. Superior quality, taste very good and beneficial for health, sugar free. I am glad I discovered Paccari! The only thing is when they go out of stock waiting time can be long as they come directly from Equador. “Bean to bar” Company!
Great quality cacao and chocolate. The brand helped me see the important variables in cacao and chocolate, similar to recognising the importance of freshly ground pepper vs pre-ground pepper or even something like freshly ground coffee vs pre-ground coffee.
Great taste along with high quality sugar there too. The fact it’s made in Ecuador also I think benefits things.
This chocolate has a rich, satisfying flavour. I am planning to buy it again.
